As Senior Program Manager, Legal Tech and Litigation Support, you will help modernize legal operations by combining legal technology management, AI-powered workflow development, and hands-on litigation support. You will lead initiatives to integrate artificial intelligence into legal processes, improving efficiency while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible use. Working closely with attorneys, IT, Security, and external vendors, you will oversee legal technology platforms and drive continuous process improvement. You will also support employment and civil litigation matters through discovery management, legal research, document production, and litigation coordination. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape the future of legal operations in a collaborative, remote-first environment focused on innovation and meaningful impact. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical expertise, legal knowledge, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving skills.

  • AI Strategy and Workflow Enablement: Drive the Legal Department's AI enablement roadmap by identifying opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to legal processes. Determine which tasks can be reliably automated and where human oversight and professional judgment remain essential.
  • AI Project Management and Implementation: Independently manage AI pilots and proofs of concept from initial scoping and design through testing, evaluation, and rollout. Establish clear success metrics, quality standards, and evaluation methods to measure effectiveness and reliability.
  • Workflow Optimization and Change Management: Analyze existing legal workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using AI and other technology solutions. Gather user feedback, refine processes, and lead training, coaching, and adoption initiatives to help attorneys and staff use tools effectively and responsibly.
  • Legal Technology Administration: Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the legal technology ecosystem, including e-billing, document management, electronic signatures, legal holds, and workflow management platforms. Manage user access, system functionality, and vendor relationships.
  • Litigation and Paralegal Support: Provide hands-on paralegal support for employment and civil litigation matters, including managing subpoenas, discovery requests, preservation demands, and legal holds. Coordinate data collection and document production with legal counsel, IT teams, and external service providers.
  • Legal Research and Verification: Conduct legal and factual research, monitor relevant legal developments, and provide reliable research findings to attorneys. Verify sources, validate AI-generated outputs, and ensure that information is accurate before it is used in legal analysis or decision-making.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Evaluate legal technology vendors, assess potential tool changes, and recommend solutions that support long-term efficiency and operational goals. Collaborate with IT and Security leadership to ensure technology decisions align with enterprise requirements and security standards.
  • Risk Management and Responsible AI: Promote appropriate AI governance, quality assurance, confidentiality, and data protection practices. Communicate technology risks, implementation progress, and recommendations to Legal leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop internal playbooks, operating procedures, and training materials that establish consistent standards for legal technology adoption, AI-assisted workflows, and litigation support activities.
  • Program Planning and Continuous Improvement: Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, adapt project plans to stakeholder feedback, and ensure that legal technology and litigation support processes remain effective, scalable, and aligned with departmental priorities.
