The Strategy & Operations Associate will play a central role in driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution within a fast-growing technology business. Reporting directly to the EVP of Commercial Operations, you will help shape strategic priorities while ensuring alignment across marketing, sales development, sales, and revenue leadership teams. You will lead high-impact initiatives from initial planning through execution, measurement, and adoption, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include optimizing revenue operations, improving account targeting strategies, removing commercial bottlenecks, and implementing automation solutions. You will also help establish the operating rhythm that keeps leadership informed, aligned, and focused on business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a structured, proactive professional seeking executive exposure, meaningful ownership, and a pathway toward broader strategy and operations leadership.

  • Commercial Strategy and Leadership Support: Act as a strategic operational partner to the EVP of Commercial Operations, supporting executive decision-making and ensuring alignment across marketing, sales development, sales, and revenue leadership.
  • Manage the weekly revenue leadership meeting by preparing agendas, developing pre-meeting reports, and maintaining a clear overview of performance against commercial targets.
  • Document key decisions, assign responsibilities, track action items, and ensure consistent follow-through to completion across relevant teams.
  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Lead strategic go-to-market initiatives from planning and coordination through execution, measurement, and operational adoption.
  • Manage high-impact programs, including return on investment (ROI) initiatives and skill-leveling projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across departments, influence teams without direct reporting authority, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
  • Account Strategy and Targeting: Drive strategic account prioritization and sequencing to ensure marketing and sales development teams focus on the most relevant opportunities.
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership and sales development management on territory design, account assignments, strategic account planning, and target-list development across different market segments.
  • Revenue Operations and Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the marketing-to-sales process that may affect revenue growth and commercial performance.
  • Develop and implement cross-functional solutions to improve revenue velocity, streamline workflows, and strengthen operational execution.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence and automation tools to reduce manual work, improve productivity, and optimize go-to-market processes.
  • Work hands-on with commercial technology platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and other internal systems, to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Define relevant performance indicators, analyze business signals, and provide clear insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into structured recommendations, actionable plans, and measurable initiatives.
  • Operate independently against quarterly strategic objectives, prioritizing resources, managing competing demands, and communicating progress and potential risks.
