Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, on a long-term basis
Friday: work alongside the lead Chef to prepare for the weekend, rotate inventory, and help with service as needed
Saturday: cook independently, usually breakfast and lunch, and support the lead Chef when there’s a larger event
Sunday: cook independently, sometimes all meals
Not every meal is needed each day. Service may move between the family’s residences in Miami.

A minimum of 5 years in Michelin-level or similar fine-dining kitchens, plus about 5 years in private service – hard requirement
Formal culinary training preferred
Organized, flexible, and open to feedback while staying creative
Discreet, with good judgment about when to engage with the family and when to stay in the background
Legally authorized to work in the US
Must live within a commutable distance to Miami
Must be willing to undergo an in-depth background check and provide excellent employment references

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, served family style or plated
Favorite cuisines: American, BBQ, California coastal, French, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Japanese (including sushi), and steakhouse
Dairy and avocado allergies in the household
Regular entertaining

→Work closely with the lead chef to keep service consistent
→Check on other local residences as needed
→Work confidently with professional-grade kitchen equipment, including outdoor grills and wood-fired pizza ovens
