Manager, Talent Acquisition

• →Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• →Own JRC’s enterprise‑wide talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning needs
• →Oversee full‑cycle recruiting operations, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience
• →Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines
• →Drive sourcing strategies for cleared and uncleared talent through ATS optimization, networking, referrals, and innovative outreach
• →Ensure consistent, high‑quality screening and selection processes that evaluate qualifications, alignment, and cultural fit
• →Represent JRC at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry engagements, serving as a brand ambassador
• →Build and maintain partnerships with universities, military transition programs, and industry organizations
• →Ensure all recruiting practices comply with OFCCP guidelines, employment laws, and internal policies
• →Track and report on key recruiting metrics to inform decision‑making and improve performance

🧠What You Bring to the Table

• →A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• →10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership of a recruiting team
• →Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse, including managing requisitions, workflows, and candidate records.
• →A strategic mindset paired with hands‑on execution skills
• →Strong communication abilities and a relationship‑driven approach that builds trust across all levels
• →Proven success managing competing priorities and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment
• →High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to supporting JRC’s mission and culture
• →Ability for CONUS travel up to 10%
