Banquets Captain

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Banquets Captain. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting with the setup, service, and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. You are responsible for the banquet team to ensure guest service is beyond expectations so that the Resort will meet and/or exceed budgeted expectations.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure to create a welcoming, polished atmosphere that reflects the resort’s hospitality and attention to detail. You’ll support associates by providing clear event information, ensuring smooth coordination, and reinforcing a consistent, professional service experience.
