You’ll be joining at a pretty magical time. Kami’s user base is growing by the day. With over 170 team members across the world, we couldn’t be prouder of the accomplishments and milestones we’ve achieved to date. Now, this is your chance to join our team and become an integral member of Kami’s growth, while shaping your own future (and having fun doing it)!

The Opportunity

As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team responsible for driving pipeline across Kami. This is an impactful role for an operational leader who can execute outbound strategies, optimize sales engagement processes, and mentor a dual-brand SDR team to achieve peak performance and measurable revenue impact.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership and Coaching

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Kami SDRs through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and continuous skill development.

Training and Enablement

  • Build and deliver comprehensive training programs to sharpen SDR capabilities in prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and lead qualification.

Outbound Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound calling strategies to build a qualified pipeline and drive acquisition for Kami products.

Performance and Metrics

  • Set clear KPIs, track team and individual activity, analyze performance trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to consistently hit pipeline targets.

Cross-functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging, optimize lead flow, and enhance overall campaign efficiency.

Process and Tech Stack Operations

  • Drive accurate CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot) and leverage sales tools (e.g., NationGraph) to maximize team productivity and streamline outreach workflows.

Career Development

  • Map out clear progression pathways and growth opportunities to motivate, retain, and develop top sales development talent.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Disciplined Operator: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of executing complex marketing calendars with precision.
  • Commercial Mindset: Constantly focused on driving pipeline, deal acceleration, and measurable business outcomes rather than just top-of-funnel engagement.
  • Adaptable & Dynamic: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and efficiently navigates shift changes between global strategy and local execution.
  • Collaborative Connector: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building trust and aligning priorities across regional and global teams.
