We are seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager to lead a hybrid delivery project that combines fixed budget and timeline constraints with Agile sprint-based execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong critical thinking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

• →Project & Scrum Leadership:

Lead hybrid project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodology within fixed constraints.

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Track progress using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Ensure transparency, inspection, and adaptation throughout the project lifecycle

• →Maintain and refine the Product Backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• →Apply empirical thinking to guide decisions based on sprint outcomes and team velocity

• →Team Enablement:

Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

• →Coach and support Scrum teams in self-organization
• →Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment focused on sprint goals

• →Stakeholder Engagement:

Align sprint deliverables with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly

• →Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and respond to risks. Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution to avoid delivery disruptions
• →Budget & Timeline Oversight: Monitor project actuals and progress against plan. Report financial performance and milestone achievements regularly

• Proven hands-on experience managing Agile projects with fixed constraints
• Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid delivery
• Excellent understanding of Classic Project Management methodology

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to ensure teams success
• Understand and apply Scrum principles
• Ceremonies & Artifacts
• Proven ability to taylor delivery methods to project constraints

• 7- 10 years of relevant experience
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience with hybrid delivery models and enterprise-level Agile transformations
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project
