→Provide high-level technical design of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications. Develop grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design solutions.
→Collaborate with Project Managers to execute project scopes, schedules, and technical requirements.
→Support Project Managers on complex projects, design approaches, permitting challenges, risk mitigation, and constructability.
→Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects..
→Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
→Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Progressive engineering experience, with strong expertise in land development and/or water resources.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Civil 3D, SWMM, ICPR, or similar tools)
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects.
