Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Safely transport passengers between cities
- →Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility aids (if needed)
- →Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- →Operate a two-way radio and manage fares accurately
- →Maintain a safe and harassment-free environment for everyone
- →Report any incidents, vehicle defects, or passenger safety concerns
- →Fuel, wash, and check fluid levels of the vehicle
- →Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle as required by Provincial legislation and record any minor vehicle defects onto the vehicle daily
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Driver's License - would also consider license upgrades for applicable candidates.
- Ability to pass the required enhanced criminal record check, and drug & alcohol test
- Provide a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work independently and interact politely with the public and staff
- Physically able to perform all job duties
- Exceptional customer service skills
