Keystone Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead projects aimed at enhancing identity management, authentication, and authorization across infrastructures, applications, and cloud environments. The position requires recent and demonstrable experience in implementing IAM solutions in complex environments.
You will join a team of cybersecurity experts, architects, infrastructure teams, security operations teams, and external partners. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing highly technical security projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational constraints, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

- →Lead cybersecurity projects.
- →Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned projects, from study to production.
- →Define scope, objectives, planning, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- →Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks.
- →Provide reporting to governance bodies and sponsors.
- →Organize and facilitate working meetings, steering committees, and workshops with stakeholders.
- →Contribute to IT infrastructure security projects.
You will primarily work on IAM projects covering:
- →Framing, selection, deployment, and production of IAM components.
- →Management of identity and account lifecycle: onboarding, mobility, role changes, and offboarding.
- →Automated provisioning and deprovisioning of access.
- →Defining roles and permissions, implementing least privilege and segregation of duties principles.
- →Identity federation, Single Sign-On, multi-factor authentication, and passwordless authentication.
- →Access review and certification campaigns, traceability, and compliance reporting.
- →Integration of IAM with HR repositories, directories, applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure services.
- →Consideration of privileged accounts, technical accounts, and non-human identities in coordination with PAM solutions.
- →Migration of identities and permissions, testing, change management, and user adoption.
- →Additionally, security infrastructure projects related to SASE architectures, ZTNA, VPN, firewalls, secure networks, and cloud environments.
The projects assigned may include strategic studies, specifications, market consultations, and operational deployments of security solutions.
- Work closely with infrastructure, network, cloud, security teams, and suppliers.
- Facilitate decision-making and arbitration between business needs, technical constraints, and security requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination among all actors involved in the projects.
- Support teams during migration, testing, validation, and production phases.
Depending on service priorities, the expert may also work on other themes within the security program.
We are primarily looking for a cybersecurity project manager who has recently led a concrete IAM implementation, preferably in a large organization or hybrid environment. The candidate must demonstrate their role, results achieved, challenges faced, and lessons learned.
The ability to transform business and security needs into a feasible IAM roadmap, manage technical and organizational dependencies, and drive the solution to adoption and operation is essential.
Knowledge of other infrastructure security domains—PAM, PKI, HSM, SASE, networks, firewalls, VPN, and cloud—will be considered complementary to the expected IAM experience.
