Responsibilities

→Communication:

→Coordinate necessary and appropriate meetings between departments, account managers and anyone else that needs to be informed.
→Communicate regularly with any relevant department heads regarding project updates, changes and necessary training.
→Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
→Assist in preparing documentation/requirements for new innovations.
→Ensure that there is time saved on innovations before they are sent to IT for development (explanation of the calculation of hours saved should be saved on the EWOK).
→Identify areas of improvement from duplicate innovation EWOKS and communicate to VP/STL/TL for training opportunities.
→Gather any additional information needed for approval to deliver to IT.

→Documentation:

→Provide logic/requirements for EWOKs for billing innovations, work with Innovations Project Manager and IT Project Manager if there are questions.
→Provide test properties for developers, with the help of the VPs when necessary.

→Testing:

→Help test or manage the testing with the Test Analysts for all innovation EWOKS sent prior to FFJT and end-user testing. If any bugs or issues are found, assign them back to the IT Project Manager. If no issues are found, assign to the FFJT and any others necessary for final testing.
→Assist in assigning testing parameters for innovations or enhancements to the MultiFamily Billing Testers and report back to developers their findings.
→Send for release to IT with Department Head and FFJT approval.

→Training:

→Be available for questions and support in the monthly Billing and Skywalker trainings for new innovations, as well as helping in testing meetings and testing chats.
→Maintain Product Dev & Billing site including Build Release Notes and Jira Visibility & CKI for new innovations.
→User support/troubleshooting for products or innovations being rolled out. (Skywalker/other).

→Interaction:

→Work directly with Billing Product Owner and Innovations Project Manager to explain, design, develop and test current and new products and enhancements.
→Set clear priorities for projects/enhancements.
→Interact with the Billing Department in order to stay familiar with immediate needs and priority projects.
→Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
→Filter EWOKs submitted to IT>Yoda and Billing>innovations for duplicate issues and training opportunities for innovations and enhancements.

→Quality Improvement:

→Give and receive suggestions to better the company and/or processes
→Be open to finding a better way to do things and acknowledge if a team member has a better way; good ideas may be implemented company-wide.
