Program Manager

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of the assignment and will act as a strategic point of contact for the client and various stakeholders. The focus will be on realizing a shared IT & Data Target Operating Model for 2029, aligning the interests of autonomous entities into a cohesive future vision, governance model, and transformation roadmap.

• →Lead the entire project from initiation to knowledge transfer.
• →Organize and facilitate the project and governance structure.
• →Prepare steering committees and support strategic decision-making.
• →Monitor planning, scope, risks, dependencies, and quality of various workstreams.
• →Coordinate stakeholders within diverse entities.
• →Guide decision-making around centralization issues.
• →Create consensus on the future organization of IT and data.
• →Oversee the development of the integrated decision dossier and transformation roadmap towards 2029.
