Our R&D center in Dongguan is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:    Job Title: Electrical Engineer  Report to: Electrical Engineering Manager  Grade/Level: P2  Location:  Dongguan  Function:  R&D Engineering  Effective Date:  2026.10.10   Position Summary Develop electronic design solutions in alignment with new product development plans and carry out related research, development, design, and verification activities.   Key Responsibilities: Manage and follow through on all engineering activities for ODM new product development projects, from initial design through transfer to mass production, including the preparation, approval, and release of technical and engineering documentation. Develop product design solutions, perform circuit design and design verification, and ensure that new products successfully meet applicable certification requirements. Collaborate with global engineering teams, including teams in the United States, Europe, and India, to address technical topics and drive effective engineering solutions. Provide cross-functional technical support for new products and resolve engineering issues identified during pilot production. Develop and maintain test plans, test specifications, and test reports for new product designs.   Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline from an accredited university. Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in the independent research and development of electronic products. CET-4 or above, with strong English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Strong technical capability, communication and collaboration skills, and analytical and logical thinking abilities. Ability to apply engineering fundamentals effectively, demonstrate strong hands-on problem-solving skills, take ownership of assignments, and learn quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools, with the ability to prepare clear and effective summary and analytical reports. Familiarity with project management and new product development processes; experience in PCB layout is preferred.
