The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and business opportunities.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to implement solutions.
• Map and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Support project execution through requirement definition, testing, and user acceptance validation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform market, competitor, and industry research to support business initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or corporate strategy is preferred.
