  • Project coordination & support: You will support  business owners and senior leaders in planning and coordinating activities, track timelines and milestones, monitor action items, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Reporting & documentation: You will prepare standard project reports, dashboards, presentations, and templates, helping ensure clear visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies. You will maintain structured documentation in line with internal standards.
  • Stakeholder communication: You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and selected suppliers to gather information, clarify requirements, follow up on deliverables, and facilitate smooth communication across workstreams.
  • Operational support: You will contribute to day‑to‑day operational activities related to project delivery, helping ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Process improvement contribution: You will support initiatives aimed at improving workflows, tools, and ways of working, suggesting incremental improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Governance & compliance support: You will assist in maintaining alignment with internal policies, methodologies, and project management guidelines, supporting audits or internal reviews when needed.
  • Requirements & specifications management: You will work closely with business owners to translate requirements into clear, structured specifications for the technology team, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation. You will act as a main point of contact between business and technology, keeping all stakeholders aligned, clarifying requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the delivery process.

Responsibilities

Alongside core project coordination activities, you will also contribute to strengthening project readiness and operational efficiency by:

  • Coordinating preparatory and administrative tasks linked to project delivery.
  • Supporting the tracking of deadlines, organizing documentation, and following up on action items.
  • Assisting back‑office operations through the preparation of materials, templates, and operational reports.
  • Acting as a liaison with clients and suppliers to ensure structured workflows and consistent information flow.
  • Contributing to improving work routines by increasing clarity, consistency, and process discipline.
  • Supporting the timely execution of activities required for smooth project delivery.
  • Creating, updating, and improving tools, templates, and documentation used in service delivery.
  • Participating in the updating of procedures, policies, and operational guidelines relevant to project activities.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, PMO, operational roles, or similar positions, preferably in structured or technology‑enabled environments.
  • A professional who brings structure, clarity, and a strong sense of ownership to project delivery. Someone who manages multiple priorities with ease and keeps workstreams well‑organized and on track.
  • A clear and concise communicator, able to present information in a straightforward manner, prepare well‑structured project materials, and maintain effective interactions with teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • A person comfortable navigating complexity, capable of analysing situations from different angles, identifying the essentials, and supporting sound decision‑making in fast‑moving environments.
  • A profile that embraces digital tools and modern ways of working, with a genuine interest in improving workflows, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to more streamlined and consistent project operations.
