Proven experience leading large high-performance teams and driving engineering excellence.
Proven experience of developing strong leaders and positively impacting teams through them.
Strong communication skills in English.
The ability to operate largely independently and make decisions that are in the best interests of Kraken.
A strong sense of delivery and product - how to balance speed, quality, and competing priorities to hit deadlines while building out a solid cohesive product that will serve us in the future.
