• →Ensures each Guest receives perfect food, exceptional beverages, and tailored service.
• →Hires Team Members who have the energy, passion and ability to deliver personalized, memorable experiences to our Guests.
• →Ensures the Back of House controls and standards are adhered to at all times.
• →Ensures the restaurant is Spotlessly Clean, Safe & Sanitary at all times.
• →Interacts with all Guests throughout each shift.
• →Ensures the restaurant is set up accurately for every shift, and broken down accurately after every shift.
• →Organizes, directs, validates, and follows up on training programs involving Servers, Hosts, and Bussers.
• →Conducts pre-shift meetings with both FOH and BOH Team Members on every shift.
• →Conducts thorough and accurate line checks, correcting issues as they arise.
• →Assists with placing orders.
• →Plays a key role in ensuring budgets are exceeded.
• →Follows correct processes and procedures for cash handling, processing checkouts, and safe drops.
• →Performs a variety of administrative duties.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all Managers, Hourly Team Members, and Guests.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience required.
