A well-established and growing interventional pain management group in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pain Management Physician to join their dynamic patient-focused team. After two years the position transitions to a 1099 independent contractor model at 100% of professional fees - offering significant long term earning potential. • Comprehensive epidural steroid injections
• Diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks
• Radiofrequency ablation procedures
• Spinal cord stimulator implantation and management
• Intrathecal drug delivery system implants
• Advanced neuromodulation techniques
• Evidence based interventional pain management

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowship - required
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced interventional procedures and neuromodulation
• Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• DEA certification - required
• Strong clinical judgment with a passion for delivering exceptional patient centered care
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
