Manage and grow key client accounts while maintaining strong business relationships.

Resolve customers’ requests and operational issues through problem solving and cross team collaborations.

Plan and execute initiatives to support customers’ requests/ growth.

Engage with and collect data from existing customers to support growth strategies and assist manager/ other teams with other relevant tasks.

Co-lead client presentations, pitches, and business review meetings.

Drive innovation by proposing new ideas, strategies, and solutions that create value for clients.

Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Able to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable with numbers and data ( Can analyze and present insights to clients under guidance)

Experience with CRM is a plus

Self-motivated, passionate, a good team player with a positive and can-do working attitude

Business oriented; keen to introduce and upsell corporate account benefits to customers

Good problem solving skills

Ability to present, pitch, negotiate and maintain long-term client relationships

Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Thai & English

Working time 09.30 - 18:30

5 days in office is preferred

Work Location: BTS Aree
