Executive Operations Partner

The VP of Operations needs a right hand who runs on data. You will know our KPIs cold, find out why they moved, and turn that into action. About 70% of the job is analysis and execution, and about 10% is scheduling and logistics. Do it well for 18 to 24 months and you are a strong candidate for a manager or program lead role.

What you'll do

• Own the Operations KPIs: definitions, normal ranges and what moves them
• Answer questions with data and come back with findings and a recommendation
• Build recurring reports leadership trusts
• Prepare pre-reads for reviews and track every commitment to completion
• Spend time with the CDMX teams and flag problems early, including the ones nobody escalates
• Use AI tools to work faster. This is a requirement, not a bonus
• Handle priority scheduling and travel regularly to the US

What you need

• 1 to 4 years as an operations analyst, or working closely with a C-level team
• Fluent in KPIs and dashboards: you spot what is off and explain why in two sentences
• Strong in spreadsheets and comfortable in a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau or Power BI)
• Everyday use of AI tools in real work
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Discretion with sensitive information, and the confidence to tell an executive he is wrong, with evidence
• Fully in-office with regular travel to the US. A valid US visa (B1/B2) is required

Nice to have: basic SQL; experience in real estate, hospitality or multi-site operations.
