• →Set up banquet and event spaces according to event plans and Hotel Bardo service standards
• →Provide warm, professional food and beverage service throughout weddings, meetings, celebrations, and private events
• →Learn event details and service expectations so you can confidently guide the guest experience
• →Serve plated meals, buffets, receptions, and beverage service with strong attention to timing and presentation
• →Work closely with Banquet Captains, culinary teams, bartenders, and fellow servers to keep events running smoothly
• →Anticipate guest needs, respond quickly to requests, and handle changes with professionalism
• →Assist with breakdown, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized event spaces
• →Follow food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

• Previous banquet, catering, full-service restaurant, or upscale hospitality experience preferred
• A genuine hospitality mindset and confidence interacting with guests
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to stay organized and composed during busy, high-volume events
• Professional appearance and a strong sense of personal responsibility
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and safely perform the physical requirements of banquet service
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
• Reliable attendance and punctuality — banquet service depends on the entire team being ready when the event begins
