About the Role

We're expanding our approach to Talent Management to reach a broader population and create greater consistency, impact, and scalability across the organization. If you've worked in a role where you designed and implemented talent management strategies across multinational organizations, led succession planning for senior leaders, and used workforce insights to influence business decisions, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect strategy, data, and stakeholder partnership to create meaningful talent outcomes.
You'll join Global Talent Management within People, Places & Culture. The team helps ensure the leadership capability, skills, and experiences needed to deliver current and future business strategy. Working as a global center of excellence, the team collaborates across functions and geographies, with a strong focus on partnership, data-informed decisions, talent reviews, and continuous improvement. The hybrid working rhythm supports connection and collaboration across locations.
Success means creating stronger succession coverage, improving successor readiness, and helping leaders make confident talent decisions. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help advance talent management frameworks, strengthen leadership pipelines, expand internal mobility, and increase the use of talent insights in decision-making. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, regional People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Reward, and colleagues across the global Talent Management Centre of Excellence.
