What you will do:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Enablement, you will be a critical member of our global team. As our new Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will be the first dedicated enablement hire for APAC — the primary enablement partner for every revenue role across the region.

Your mission is to own the full ramp experience for APAC new hires and act as the connective tissue between global enablement and the field, ensuring every rep and Regional Sales Manager has the coaching, content, and skills to hit productivity fast. You will blend classic enablement strategies with innovative, AI-powered solutions to build a scalable and highly effective learning environment across the region.


Where you will have impact:

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding program for APAC new hires — curriculum, certifications, and monthly in-person onboarding weeks — measuring success through rep productivity and behaviour data, not completion rates.
  • Design and deploy a blended, continuous-learning journey combining on-demand content, live cohorts, AI-powered roleplay agents (Hyperbound), and coaching touchpoints from week one through to full productivity.
  • Build a data-backed coaching loop driven by Conversation Intelligence (Clari Copilot) to monitor ramp signals, identify gaps, and equip first-line managers with effective coaching playbooks.
  • Put AI to work so your time goes to people, not production: stand up CI-driven coaching loops that surface pitch rate and discovery quality continuously, build AI roleplay and simulation practice for new-hire certification, and turn field signal into enablement quickly by analysing call recordings, spotting objection patterns, and producing coaching content fast.
  • Partner with global enablement, Product, Sales Ops, and Marketing to translate product launches, competitive updates, and market signals into impactful, localised enablement programs for APAC.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance metrics — ramp velocity, pipeline creation, discovery quality, MEDDPICC hygiene — making data-driven adjustments to accelerate sales performance.

You'll be a key player in our global Revenue Enablement team, with close colleagues across AMER and EMEA, while directly empowering our APAC revenue team — a dynamic group of sales professionals spanning the region, from Auckland to Delhi. Our enablement team is on a mission to redefine what's possible by building our function around AI.

We're moving beyond static training calendars to create an always-on learning environment where AI-driven coaching and intelligent content are the norm. We believe core enablement skills are supercharged, not replaced, by technology, and we are the partners who will keep our sales team ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing market.

Who you are:

  • You take full ownership of your remit and run independently — you have evidence of managing projects without close oversight, which matters in a role with limited daily overlap with HQ.
  • You are AI-fluent, with hands-on experience building or shipping AI-powered enablement assets — prep bots, roleplay agents, coaching content — and a passion for being an early adopter and internal champion of new tooling, pressure-testing what works in the field and feeding it back to global.
  • You command a room — in person and virtually — and can engage diverse audiences across the APAC region with strong English communication skills.
  • You bring a discovery-focused sales or coaching approach, with the ability to identify and develop the highest-impact skills in a sales team.
  • You have experience working with HQ-based teams while managing a geographically distributed region, ideally across multiple countries.
  • A background in sales enablement or sales training, with familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in SaaS or the hospitality/OTA industry is a plus.
  • You're able to commit to one full work week per month, in person, at our Kuala Lumpur office for new-hire onboarding. Outside of onboarding weeks, the role follows a flexible hybrid policy.
