The Enterprise Account Manager will support large dealer groups in Florida, including but not limited to Morgan Automotive. You will serve as a strategic advisor, helping these groups with measurable ROI through adoption and effective use of the Lotlinx platform. You are responsible for interfacing at all levels to build relationships, drive adoption of our platforms and our tools, and use data to recommend inventory strategies for success. Retention, upsell, and client success are measures of your success in the role. Must be based in or nearby the Tampa area.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Foster strong, long-term relationships through regular communication, weekly touchpoints, monthly business reviews, and proactive problem-solving.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to dealer group leadership, general managers, and operational stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Develop executive-level relationships that drive engagement, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization efforts to ensure clients realize maximum value from the Lotlinx platform.
- Educate dealer groups on platform capabilities, inventory management strategies, risk inventory mitigation, channel marketing best practices, and industry trends.
- Utilize data and analytics to recommend strategies that improve inventory turn, profitability, and operational performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions using platform data, reporting, and market insights.
- Partner with dealer groups to establish strategic objectives and implement campaigns that align with business goals.
- Support initiatives that increase customer satisfaction, platform engagement, and long-term account value.
- Proactively assess account health and identify risks that could impact retention or customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account growth plans focused on increasing platform adoption across rooftops
- Identify, qualify, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Lotlinx solutions with evolving dealer group needs.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding products, services, and market needs.
- Identify trends, competitive insights, and enhancement opportunities that influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize updates based on dealer feedback, industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis using our tools.

- Technical Presentation: Ability to effectively present Lotlinx platform and technology and respond to client requirements and requests with urgency.
- Client Standards Understanding: Capacity to educate and consult with dealers and requirements related to offered products, features, and solutions.
- Internal Communication: Ability to communicate client requirements to internal teams with urgency to ensure alignment.
- High Integrity and Work Ethic: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high energy levels, and a commitment to integrity.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of account management experience preferred
- Experience with presentation tools, Salesforce, and Outreach
- Proven track record of sales success
- Experience in the automotive industry is required
Pay: $100,000 base salary + generous commission structure.
