We’re looking for someone who is driven by results, motivated by ambitious targets, and committed to exceeding expectations. As a dynamic sales leader, you build high‑performing teams, elevate customer experiences, and push for excellence in everything you do. Join one of the most advanced luxury EV brands and help shape the future of mobility with Lucid.

The Role

As Market Sales Manager, you will own your market and lead your team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You’ll be responsible for building, training, and inspiring a top-tier sales team while driving performance and brand awareness in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team for your Studio and market. Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure excellence in customer engagement and sales execution.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Set clear KPIs, monitor results, and implement strategies to exceed test drive, reservation, and sales targets.
  • Market Leadership: Take full ownership of your region, proactively engage with private and business customers, and build strong relationships to grow market share.
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Identify and participate in key events, collaborate with Retail Marketing to plan and deliver impactful initiatives—test drives, pop-ups, community engagement, and more.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Retail, and HR to achieve goals and deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee demo vehicles, assist with orders, and ensure timely availability for customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales and management.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep affinity for premium and premium automotive products, with an established network in key target groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
