About the Role

Modern Nissan of Concord is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team! Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you're coachable, hardworking, competitive, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience.

Help customers find the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.

Explain vehicle features, performance, options, and benefits.

Offer and coordinate test drives.

Stay informed about new models, features, and available accessories.

Build lasting customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Follow dealership sales processes and work toward personal and professional goals.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Availability to work Saturdays.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established processes.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
