We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Restaurant Manager to lead the opening dining experience of the day. This is a remarkable opportunity for a hospitality leader who brings warmth, precision and a passion for delivering elevated morning rituals that set the tone for an exquisite guest journey.
As Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of service with the main focus on the breakfast service, ensuring refined presentation, attentive service and an atmosphere of calm sophistication. You will lead and inspire the breakfast team, uphold brand standards, and create personalised moments that reflect the storied St. Regis tradition of exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities

- →Lead, motivate and support the breakfast team, fostering excellence in service behaviours and professional development.
- →Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety across all breakfast service areas.
- →Collaborate with the culinary team on menu integrity, product quality and seasonal enhancements.
- →Ensure smooth transitions between breakfast and subsequent meal periods, aligning with broader Food & Beverage operations.
- →Monitor staffing needs, labour management and daily workflows to meet business and financial objectives.
- →Engage with guests to personalise their experience, anticipate needs and respond to feedback.
- →Oversee opening procedures, operational checks, inventory control and adherence to brand standards.
- →Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise, ensuring swift and thoughtful service recovery.
- →Uphold UK licensing, health & safety and food hygiene compliance at all times.

- Strong understanding of breakfast service operations, guest flow, and the elevated standards expected in a luxury environment.
- Confidence in handling guest feedback, resolving challenges and consistently enhancing the morning dining experience.
- Knowledge of stock control, allergen management, licensing compliance and food safety requirements.
- A calm and composed approach in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive breakfast periods, with the ability to lead by example on the restaurant floor.
- A genuine passion for crafting thoughtful, memorable and personalised breakfast experiences for every guest.
