Responsibilities

→Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and collaboration portals supporting ARCENT operations.
→Develop secure web-based solutions that support operational planning, logistics management, reporting, and knowledge-sharing requirements.
→Create and maintain databases, automated workflows, forms, and business process solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
→Develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools that support command decision-making and operational awareness.
→Integrate web applications with approved Army and DoD systems, databases, and enterprise platforms.
→Analyze user requirements and translate operational needs into functional web-based solutions.
→Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize application performance, reliability, and usability.
→Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system configuration records.
→Implement cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with Army Cybersecurity, RMF, and Information Assurance requirements.
→Coordinate with cybersecurity, network, and system administrators to maintain secure and effective operations.
→Provide technical support, user assistance, and training for web-enabled systems and tools.
→Support system modernization, continuous process improvement, and technology enhancement initiatives.
→Participate in planning meetings, working groups, and project teams to support mission requirements.
→Maintain an active Secret security clearance and comply with all security requirements associated with the position.
→Perform additional web development and information management duties as directed by ARCENT leadership.
