Location:  Scranton Prepatory School, Scranton PA

Now seeking talented Cooks to join our AMAZING Dining Services Team on the beautiful campus of Scranton Prepatory School.  Enjoy a healthy work/life balance with a Monday through Friday daylight schedule with holidays, weekends, and summers off.   

Experience is desired, but we are happy to train candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the Contract Dining Services Industry.  Reliable transporation is required.  Comprehensive background and check/drug screening applicable. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate the fry station during high-volume meal service.
• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen production.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience desired 

Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning

Willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
