Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Line & Prep: Assist with basic food prep (chopping, portioning) and step in on the active kitchen line to plate, assembly, and serve high-quality dishes quickly.
Catering Support: Assist with packing, transporting, setting up, and executing outside catering events.
Guest Relations: Provide enthusiastic, friendly, and top-tier customer service when serving guests at the line or during catered events.
Efficiency & Safety: Maintain high sanitation standards, keep the workspace clean, and ensure ticket orders are fulfilled quickly in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in a fast-casual restaurant, kitchen line, or catering environment is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, a warm and approachable personality, and a team-first mindset.
Speed & Stamina: Ability to move quickly, multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and stand for long periods in a kitchen environment.
