We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our young and dynamic environment, someone with a deep motivation to create a positive impact and drive business growth.

As a Sales Manager at Metrikflow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging and closing new customers. You will be taking ownership with our founding team of the generation, qualification and closing of leads, building strong relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales pipeline.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to generate revenue, create and nurture relationships, deliver value to prospects, and convert them into clients. Fluency in Italian is essential, as our core target market is Italy.

  • Contribute and execute our strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand Metrikflow’s presence in target markets.
  • Own and optimize the lead generation process, working closely with Marketing to enhance inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Drive business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and key accounts to target.
  • Establish and refine best practices for outreach, lead qualification, and conversion, leveraging multi-channel engagement (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies and maintain Metrikflow’s competitive advantage.
  • Continuously optimize the sales process, leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of outstanding results.
  • Quick learner and eager to deep dive into new topics and iterate fast on traction strategies.
  • Previous experience and strong results as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a Business Development role or similar role
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with lead generation and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach.io).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-level prospects.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
  • English work proficiency.
  • A passion for technology and startups.
