PI、プロセスおよび設備エンジニアのチームと協力して、製品の品質と信頼性を向上させるための検査レシピの立ち上げ、開発、最適化を担当しｍDETECTIONの強化/改善、歩留まりの向上、コスト削減、生産性の向上、リスク管理にも取り組んでいただきます。

【役割】

レシピの健全性評価/新しい方法論の探索/容量/品質/収量 (DETECTIONとそれに関連する新しい役割) を担当します。また、マイクロンの技術ロードマップを満たすために技術開発チームと協力して開発します。

• METROLOGYの知識
• MICRON基礎知識（TRANSFER経験/BKM等）
• MICRONの組織への理解、進めるべき方法、遂行プロセスの理解
• DRAM FLOWにおける典型的なステップシーケンスの全体的な理解
• 各分野の専門家とメールやCHATおよびFACE TOFACE（電話会議等）で明確にコミュニケーションできる能力
• AI活用を業務に取り入れて効率化する能力

This position focuses on quality improvement and yield enhancement in semiconductor manufacturing. You will propose and implement improvement actions to detect defects and abnormalities occurring on the production line.No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training and on-the-job learning (OJT) are provided after joining, allowing you to build foundational skills with confidence.

Application Engineer, RDA at Micron Technology, Inc is mainly create/modify Inspection recipe and built detection for yield and quality improvement. Correspond all products related items, also will do transfer from TD.  You will be working with a team of other PI, process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing Inspection recipe to improve product quality and reliability, working on detection enhancement, yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems.

RDA Application Engineer role is responsible for recipe healthiness/explore new methodology/Capacity/Quality/Yield (Detection and new responsibility) Also development in collaboration with technology development team to meet Micron’s technology roadmap.

• Have knowledge equal to bachelor's degree.
• Report progress of each task timely and accurately
• Build good relationships with team members/all related members/Network Business Partners.
• Have good communication and presentation skill.
• Be able to have conversations and create documents in English.
• Understand quality control and establish a proactive quality control.
• Proven ability to set, measure and achieve short and long - term goals
• Must be willing to be stationed in F15 MFG (Hiroshima manufacturing) site and when required for an extended period of time.

• Have semiconductor knowledge
• Have knowledge equal to master's degree.
• Metrology knowledge
• Micron basic knowledge (Transfer experience/BKM etc)
• Understanding of the Micron world-wide team structure, standards and processes
• An overall understanding of typical step sequences in a memory manufacturing traveler
• Ability to clearly communicate with content experts, written and oral (via conference calls)
• Ability to leverage AI-Enabled in business operations to improve efficiency
