• →Prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and specifications
• →Accurately read, follow, and execute standardized recipes
• →Measure, portion, and label products to ensure consistency
• →Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation
• →Properly rotate and store products using food safety standards
• →Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• →Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every shift is set up for success

• Ability to accurately read and follow recipes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A passion for scratch-made food and consistency
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Food preparation experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
