- Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads aligned with quota expectations across your EMEA territory
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end—from initial engagement through technical validation, legal negotiations, and contract closure—to drive new customer acquisition
- Build deep expertise in Mirakl Ads and position yourself as a trusted advisor on retail media benefits, differentiators, and market challenges
- Navigate complex organizations to establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at retailer organizations
- Own and sustain a strong, healthy sales pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to advance opportunities and ensure smooth client onboarding
- Proven track record in selling Retail Media or Marketplace SaaS solutions with consistent over-achievement against quota
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem including DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to meet quarterly targets
- Experience navigating business sales situations requiring ROI demonstration and solution-selling approaches
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels
