→Software Development Oversight: Manage end-to-end software development and system enhancements, delivering projects on time and within budget.
→Network & Data Security: Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive solutions.
→Vendor & Partner Management: Manage IT vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and cost-effective solutions.
→Disaster Recovery & Continuity: Establish and maintain disaster recovery plans to safeguard branch operations.
→Cross-Department Integration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align IT systems with business objectives.
→Budget & Resource Management: Oversee IT budget allocation, ensuring resources support expansion and operational needs.
→Change Management: Lead IT change initiatives, training branch staff and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in IT or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in IT management, preferably in retail or multi-branch operations.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of accounting systems, POS platforms, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
Time Management: Strong ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work as a team player and coordinate across departments.
