Lost Cowboy Taproom is growing, and we're looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to join our crew!

Our newly expanded Portsmouth location is bringing even more excitement to the area with live music, line dancing, great food, and a lively atmosphere that makes work fun. • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and make a great first impression.

• Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating arrangements.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

• Communicate with servers and managers to keep seating organized and service running smoothly.

• Answer phones, assist with guest questions, and provide accurate wait times.

• Keep the entrance and host stand clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the correct tables.

• Ensure dishes are presented properly and orders are complete before leaving the kitchen.

• Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to keep service moving efficiently.

• Assist with special requests and help ensure every guest receives a great dining experience.

• Keep food pickup areas clean, stocked, and organized.

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently for incoming guests.

• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for service.

• Assist servers with maintaining their sections throughout the shift.

• Restock service stations and maintain dining room supplies.

• Work closely with the entire team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy shifts.

We're looking for team players who are dependable, positive, attentive to detail, and ready to jump in wherever needed. You should enjoy working with people, take pride in providing great service, and be comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most!
