Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Utilizes proper techniques to load and unload the dishwasher to ensure proper sanitization while optimizing efficient use of equipment
- →Scrubs pots, pans and any other equipment that cannot go through the dishwasher in a timely fashion
- →Cleans and maintains equipment according to proper operating standards
- →Cleans café grills, broilers, ovens and hoods as scheduled
- →Tidies and clean café and kitchen at all times
- →Keeps adequate levels of supplies stocked in area so the next shift has needed items readily available
Requirements
~2 min read- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred
- Washington State (DOH) Food Handlers card required
