We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. This role focuses exclusively on securing net-new business across large Australian enterprises.
● Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on HR technology or enterprise solutions ● Proven track record of success selling into HR leaders in Australian companies.
- Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, including territory planning and pipeline development

Build and manage a strong pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene

Partner closely with SDRs to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, engaging HR leaders, Finance, IT, Legal, and executive stakeholders

Develop compelling business cases and drive “incremental closes” across each stage of the buying journey

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and internal specialists to progress deals and deliver value to customers

Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and activity targets in a performance-driven environment

Proven experience as a full-cycle Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment

Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing enterprise or mid-market deals

Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, particularly HR or business leaders

Skilled in building value-driven narratives and navigating procurement, compliance, and technical buying processes

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to hold the room and build credibility quickly

Commercially astute, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment

Experience selling into HR, people & culture, or related functions (highly desirable)
