• →Washington, DC: $22.00 - 26.00 per hour
• →Virginia: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour
• →Maryland: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour
• →Illinois: $21.00 - 26.00 per hour
• →Georgia: $20.00 - 23.00 per hour
• →Texas: $20.00 - 24.00 per hour

The compensation ranges listed above are provided for information purposes and may be updated based on market conditions, business needs, and applicable laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on work location, experience, and internal equity.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS  

• Must have a signed off PFG for the Shift Lead role
• Must be certified in all hourly positions 

• Must have the ability to complete Shift Lead Pre-Work 4 weeks in a training restaurant and be validated by a representative of the Training Department 

• Must complete onsite training and Shift Lead transition checklist within first 90 days in position 

• Comfortable with both verbal and written English communication 

• Must pass a background and credit check

• Be able to hold a food handlers and alcohol serving license (as needed by the restaurant’s jurisdiction) 

• Must maintain a HOT or higher performance rating 

• Possess excellent communication skills that will serve their ability to professionally navigate and resolve situations with both Nandocas and guests 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Able to independently lift up to 50lbs for an extended period of time 

• Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day 

• Hand-eye coordination 

• Reaching, bending twisting, stooping 

• Pushing and Pulling 

• Lifting overhead 

• Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE  

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
