Responsibilities

→Track sprint status, blockers, and performance, and flag risks early.
→Lead ceremonies actively and address underperformance directly.
→Report team health and delivery risks with data and business impact.

Partner with the PM on planning and priorities based on real capacity.
Remove blockers and manage dependencies with DevOps, QA, and other teams.
Own sprint readouts with clear status, root causes, and mitigation plans.

Run regular 1:1s focused on growth and skill gaps.
Manage underperformance with data and a structured process.
Hire, onboard, and deliver timely performance reviews.

Engage in architecture and design reviews with real technical depth.
Understand your teams' systems well enough to spot technical risk.
Drive meaningful adoption of AI-assisted and agentic coding tools.
