Program Manager, Product Development (Remote - US)

The Program Manager, Product Development will play a critical role in supporting the Chief of Staff, Product Development, by driving operational efficiency, financial planning, and strategic execution across the product development organization. This role will oversee product development planning, process optimization, standardization initiatives, and ongoing strategic projects. Additionally, the Portfolio Program Manager will be responsible for managing departmental reporting at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals, assisting with documentation to support roadmaps, and developing educational materials to align stakeholders across the organization.

In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 5+ years experience implementing a variety of technical projects and programs.
- Preferred background in SaaS platforms and products.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Jellyfish), data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial tracking tools.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and drive insights to support decision-making.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Senior Executive Interation: Experience partnering and working with senior and executive leadership in cross-funtional environment.
- Collaboration & Influence: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs, and develop creative solutions to challenges.
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Remote work within the United States.
- Long-distance or air travel as needed, not to exceed 10% travel.
- Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
