As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability. You will work closely with staff to implement best practices, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of service. The role comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, plus an enticing bonus potential of up to $15,000.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
