• →Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams to excellence

• Minimum 3-5 years managing full-service restaurants with P&L responsibility

• Strong operational and financial acumen with restaurant management systems expertise
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
