Restaurant Manager | Polished Casual Full service

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our polished casual full-service team in Marietta. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant dining environment where exceptional service and culinary excellence are at the forefront of our mission.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards within the establishment. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to create a memorable dining experience that aligns with our company's goals. We offer a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• →Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance
• →Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• →Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
• →Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• →Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement
• →Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• →Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
• →Analyze financial reports and drive profitability initiatives
• →Enhance the restaurant’s menu and promotional strategies
• →Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing budgets and financial reports
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
