As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to perfection. This role is perfect for culinary professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in the culinary field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Monitor kitchen operations and assist in managing food costs
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Implement and maintain health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements
