This full-time, on-site position presents a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and manage our operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in the vibrant restaurant industry.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of food quality and service while implementing innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, along with opportunities for career advancement and a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth
  • Maintain high food quality and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to optimize product availability
  • Ensure a clean, inviting, and organized marketplace for customers
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote products and increase foot traffic
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction

Requirements
