We’re seeking a proactive, well‑connected US Market Development Specialist to uncover new partnership and growth opportunities for NordVPN, NordPass, NordProtect, and Saily. Your focus will be identifying strategic collaborations with strong revenue potential and sharing valuable US market insights that guide business decisions.

As part of the global marketing team, you’ll scan the market for new opportunities - B2B2C deals, local brand tie‑ins, community programs, niche events, or sponsorships - helping our teams evaluate which ones will truly move the needle. You’ll also act as our US market voice, regularly sharing insights on competition, consumer behavior, and emerging trends that inform strategy.

This is a collaborative, standalone role with no people management responsibilities - but plenty of impact. You’ll connect ideas, evaluate potential, and help shape smart growth decisions.

 
  • Research, identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities across the US, focusing on those with clear revenue potential and measurable ROAS
  • Present growth proposals and performance projections to stakeholders, outlining potential impact, timelines and ROI
  • Monitor local market activity and competitor movements; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams
  • Create and share concise market reports that highlight key US trends, opportunities and challenges
  • Offer local perspective and feedback to ensure campaigns and messaging resonate with US audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, performance and creative teams to help prioritize and activate opportunities efficiently.
  • Mid-level marketing or business development experience, ideally focused on partnerships, market research or strategic growth
  • Proven success developing and validating high-ROI partnership ideas or marketing initiatives 
  • Strong analytical thinker - comfortable modeling performance projections and interpreting market data
  • Entrepreneurial and curious, always scanning for new trends, emerging categories and unconventional growth possibilities
  • Excellent communicator who can clearly convey insights and ideas across global teams
  • Confident presenter with a knack for turning data into compelling business cases
  • Familiarity with sectors like Sports, Travel, Fintech or Telco is beneficial but not required
  • Based on the US East Coast for smooth collaboration with international colleagues.
  • Help shape partnership strategy and unlock growth in one of our most important markets
  • Work remotely, with flexible hours and periodic travel when needed
  • Join a global team that values initiative, creativity and data-driven decision making.
  • Initial 2-3 week onboarding in Vilnius, Lithuania, to meet teams and understand operations
  • Occasional business travel as required to support major initiatives or events.
