- →Manage publication-focused medical communications projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, and publication plans
- →Coordinate timelines, workflows, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high scientific standard
- →Support publication planning activities and help manage trackers and timelines
- →Act as a day-to-day client contact, building strong working relationships with clients, authors, and internal teams
- →Collaborate closely with stakeholders both internally and externally, across multiple projects
- →Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances with support from senior team members
- →Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams and proactively identify and address potential risks or delays
- →Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflow efficiency, and team collaboration
- Experience working in medical communications, ideally with exposure to publications
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience coordinating multiple deliverables and managing competing priorities
- Confidence communicating with clients, authors, and internal stakeholders
- Experience supporting budget tracking and project financial management
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage timelines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality scientific communications
- You enjoy working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- You are proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
- You communicate clearly and professionally with both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders
- You are comfortable taking ownership of projects and managing multiple deadlines
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering high-quality work
