You will:

  • Manage publication-focused medical communications projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, and publication plans
  • Coordinate timelines, workflows, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high scientific standard
  • Support publication planning activities and help manage trackers and timelines
  • Act as a day-to-day client contact, building strong working relationships with clients, authors, and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders both internally and externally, across multiple projects
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances with support from senior team members
  • Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams and proactively identify and address potential risks or delays
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflow efficiency, and team collaboration
  • Experience working in medical communications, ideally with exposure to publications
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple deliverables and managing competing priorities
  • Confidence communicating with clients, authors, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience supporting budget tracking and project financial management
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage timelines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality scientific communications
  • You enjoy working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • You are proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders
  • You are comfortable taking ownership of projects and managing multiple deadlines
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering high-quality work
