At Oakmont of Novato, we believe food is about much more than what’s on the plate. It brings people together, creates comfort, sparks memories, and gives residents something to look forward to every day.
As a Cook, you have the opportunity to do what you love while seeing firsthand the difference your work makes. Here, you aren't cooking for anonymous customers—you’re cooking for residents you’ll come to know by name. You'll learn their favorite meals, hear their compliments, celebrate special occasions with them, and become part of a community that truly appreciates what you create.
If you love being in the kitchen, take pride in a beautifully prepared plate, and enjoy being part of a team that cares about quality, we'd love to meet you.
