Job Description:
Ocuco is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our North American team, based in either the US or Canada.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role focuses on growing Ocuco’s enterprise customer base across the North American eyecare market. The successful candidate will manage a defined territory and be responsible for developing relationships with enterprise and multi-site optical retailers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing complex SaaS sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role suited to an enterprise SaaS sales professional with experience building pipeline through outbound activity, managing complex customer engagements, and developing long-term customer relationships.
The role involves travel to customer sites and industry events across Canada and the US, so candidates must be able to travel internationally without restrictions.
Comprehensive training on Ocuco’s products and services will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales of Ocuco’s SaaS solutions across cloud, e-commerce, retail, lab, EMR, and omnichannel product offerings
- Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on enterprise and multi-site eyecare groups across North America
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry engagement, and relationship development
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Lead discovery conversations with customer stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and technology requirements
- Build relationships across customer organisations, including operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and opportunity management within Salesforce
- Develop business cases, proposals, and solution presentations tailored to customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to support successful customer onboarding and long-term customer outcomes
- Represent Ocuco at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across North America
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs within the optical and healthcare technology sectors
The minimum requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales within North America
- Proven experience generating and closing enterprise business opportunities within complex solution-based sales environments
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue targets within territory-based or enterprise sales roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate business value and return on investment effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities independently within a dynamic sales environment
- Experience managing opportunities and forecasts within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel internationally throughout the US and Canada without restriction or delay
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience selling SaaS solutions into retail, healthcare, optical, e-commerce, or multi-site enterprise environments
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman, or Solution Selling
- Experience selling customer engagement, omnichannel, cloud, analytics, workflow, or operational software platforms
- Strong strategic account planning capability
- Experience working within growth-focused SaaS environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
